No fitness experience? No problem! Our On-Ramp program is three 1-on-1 sessions with a coach who will tailor the experience to your specific needs.
In each session, you will learn the basics of what we do in the gym, be taught how to perform the movements to maximize safety and efficacy, and you'll close with a personalized workout to reinforce what we learned that day!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you have completed your On Ramp and earned your first CrossFit Southpaw shirt, you will feel confident joining our group classes and ready to take full advantage of the life-changing results that await you!
